Fair online tests for candidates, with their consent and without automatic penalties.
Before the test the candidate gives consent. The system records tab switches with their duration, focus loss, copy and paste, full screen exits and takes a webcam snapshot every minute. A reviewer makes the decision: there is no automatic verdict.
Frequently asked questions
Is the candidate’s screen recorded?
No. Screen sharing is deliberately not used: only browser events and webcam snapshots are recorded.
Can the system reject a candidate on its own?
No. Suspicious events are highlighted, and a reviewer makes the decision and leaves a comment.
