Offers go through approval, are built from a template and land in the candidate’s self-service area.
An offer is created from an application, goes through an approval route and is built into a document from a template. The candidate accepts or declines it in their self-service area, and the offer can be revoked until the candidate answers.
Frequently asked questions
Who sees the salary in an offer?
Only users with the salary permission. The amount comes from the vacancy salary range.
How long is an offer valid?
The expiry date is set when the offer is created, and expiring offers are highlighted in the list.
