How is the video meeting link created?
Automatically in Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams when the integration is connected. A link can also be entered by hand.
Can candidates pick a time themselves?
Yes. The recruiter splits a working window into slots and sends a self-booking link. Candidates see times in their own time zone, and busy time comes from Google or Outlook calendars.
Do interviewers see each other’s scores?
Only after they submit their own scorecard. External experts fill it in through a temporary link without an account.
