Consent versions, data subject requests, anonymization and a tamper-proof audit log.
Consent texts are versioned, and the registry shows who consented to what. Data subject requests move from new to completed, and the person receives an archive of their data. Candidate data is anonymized when the retention period ends, and the audit log is protected from changes at the database level.

How does an employee withdraw consent?
In their self-service area. The withdrawal is recorded with a reason, and HR sees the current status in the consent registry.
Who sees sensitive data?
Only roles with a separate permission. Pay history opens with an explicit action and is written to the audit log.
