The organization connects its own providers: Mobizon and SMSC in Kazakhstan, SMS Aero and SMS.RU in Russia, Nikita in Kyrgyzstan, Eskiz in Uzbekistan, UniSMS in Mongolia, as well as Twilio and MessageBird. SMS is routed by the phone number’s country with a fallback provider. Notification templates exist in six languages with quiet hours and a delivery log.

Can we use our own SMS provider contract?
Yes. The organization connects its own provider account, and a test send shows the balance and the reason for any failure.
Can employees choose a channel?
Yes. In their self-service area employees choose a channel per event and instant or digest delivery.
