Accruals, deductions and the payment calendar are prepared in A3.HR and exported to accounting.
A3.HR collects the HR data payroll needs: the payment calendar, accruals and deductions, one-off payments and the final settlement on termination. Pay and taxes are calculated in external accounting, such as A3.Accounting.

Does A3.HR calculate taxes?
No. The product prepares data, and pay and tax calculation stays in the accounting system.
Can the final settlement be adjusted?
Yes, manually with a required comment. The change is written to the audit log.
